Align’s Mental Skills Program is a structured, 6 session process designed to progressively build critical mental skills. Each session is carefully crafted to equip you with a specific mental tool. By the end of the program, you will have developed:

The program includes a 60-minute initial assessment, six 60-minute coaching sessions, and a 30-minute follow-up progress session. Upon completion, you have the option to add additional sessions to continue growing your mental skills development.
